Conditional - ば - Regular If - If Something, Then Result
A regular If/Then conditional.
When used with a verb in front of ば. Use a verb with the ~E ending.
When used with i-adjectives or negatives, Replace the last い with ければ.
When used with nouns and na-adjectives, use であれば
